Ingredients:
Makhana - 3 tbsp. ( dry roasted )
Almond milk - 200ml
Vanilla - ½ tsp. (optional)
Dates - 2 nos. (pitted)
Collagen powder - ½ scoop (TOR™ Mighty - yummy chocolate regular)
Method:
1. In a pan, roast the plain makhana and powder it in a blender.
2. In a blender, add the pitted dates, almond milk, makhana powder, vanilla, and collagen powder and blend it well.
3. Serve it chilled in a glass.
