Refunds & Cancellation

  1. In the event you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. You may contact us at the details provided further below in these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any orders. If we agree to cancel your order, we will refund any money paid to the payment method you have used to place your order subject to Cancellation charges of 5% on the order value.
  2. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. 
  3. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 3-4 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account from the date of initiating refund.
  4. We will only replace products if they are defective or damaged or missing in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@chosenstore.in and send your product to: Chosen, 3rd floor, Canberra House, New No. 97 & 95, Old No 58 & 58a, Pantheon Road, Chennai 600008 TN, India. Items sought to be returned (where applicable) must be sent to the above address.
  5. We will only dispatch the replacement after receipt of your returned product and verification that it is indeed damaged or defective. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on the applicable logistics.
  7. If you are returning an item to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item once shipped.
