Ingredients:
Dates - 50g
Tamarind - 2 tsp. (soak in water)
Pepper - 3-4 nos.
Jaggery - 1tbsp
Black salt - as per taste
Method:
1. Remove the seeds of the dates and soak them in a bowl of water overnight.
2. In a blender, add the soaked dates, soaked tamarind, pepper, and salt and blend it into a paste.
3. Heat a pan and add the blended paste and add the jaggery and stir well for 4-6 minutes until the raw flavour goes.
4.Transfer it into a bowl and add the collagen builder and serve it as a dip.
