Ingredients:
Yoghurt (can be altered with dairy-free options) - 3 tbsp
Low-fat mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
Raw honey - 1 tbsp
Green apple/pear diced - 1 large
Chopped celery - ½ cup
Cup grapes cut in halves - ½ cup
Walnuts chopped - 6
Parsley chopped - 2 tbsp
Table Salt - ½ tsp
WAH-TOR™ Pycnogenol® - 1 Scoop (can mix with dressing or sprinkle on salad)
Method:
1. For the dressing mix yoghurt, mayo, honey, salt, and Pycnogenol® together.
2. In a large salad bowl mix all the other ingredients together.
3. Add the dressing to the salad bowl and toss it well until its coated well.
4. Top it with a few chopped walnuts and serve it fresh and crunchy!
