Ingredients:

Bitter gourd ¼ - 20g

Coconut pieces - 50g

Jaggery - 1 tsp (optional)

Cinnamon powder - ½ tsp

Water - 200ml

Collagen powder - 1 scoop ( TOR™ Mighty - Chocolate Regular)

Method:

1. Wash the bitter gourd and remove the seeds. Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces.

2. In a blender, add the fresh coconut pieces, cut bitter gourd, jaggery (if using), and cinnamon powder. Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth paste.

3. In a separate glass or container, add TOR™ Mighty collagen powder to 1/2 cup of water and mix well

4.  Pour the collagen mixture into the blender with the bitter gourd and coconut mixture. Blend again until everything is well combined and smooth.

5. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any fibrous pieces or lumps.

6. Transfer the smoothie to a glass and enjoy your healthy and nutritious bitter gourd and coconut smoothie!
