Small avocado - 1
Whole wheat bread - 2 slices
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - ½ tsp
Salt as required
Freshly ground black pepper - ½ tsp
Red Chilli flakes - ½ tsp

1. In a bowl mash avocado using a fork, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, Pycnogenol® and mix well until everything blends well.
2. Toast the bread slices.
3. Top the bread slices with the mashed avocado mix.
