Ingredients
Strawberry - 1 cup
Juice of 1 orange
Honey - 1 tbsp
Soaked chia seeds - 1 tbsp

Method
1. Combine the strawberry, orange, honey and marine collagen in a blender.
2. Blend well.
3. Pour it into a glass.
4. Add the soaked chia seeds, and mix well.
(You can also use soaked garden cress seeds/ flax seeds in the place of chia seeds.)
