Ingredients:

Yellow pumpkin - 100g

Onion - ½ med sized

Garlic - 2 pods

Soaked Cashews - 4-5 nos.

Pepper powder -  ¼ tsp.

Collagen builder - 1 scoop (WAH-TOR Pycnogenol)

Method:

1. Peel the skin of the yellow pumpkin and cut them into pieces. In a pressure cooker, cook the pumpkin pieces, chopped onion and garlic for up to 3 whistles. Let it cool for a while.

2. Add the cooked garlic, onion, chopped pumpkin pieces, cashews, pepper, and WAH-TOR collagen builder in a blender.

3. Blend them well; water can be added according to your preferred consistency if needed.

4. Add the required salt and pepper and transfer it into a bowl and enjoy.
