Wheatgrass - 2 handfuls or wheatgrass powder 1 tbsp.

Salt - as per taste

Water - 150ml

Collagen builder - 1 scoop (WAH-TOR Pycnogenol®)


1. If using fresh wheatgrass, wash it well to remove any dirt or debris. If using wheatgrass powder, skip to step 2.

2. Add the wheatgrass or wheatgrass powder to a blender.

3. Pour in the water and blend everything together until smooth.

4. Use a strainer to strain out any remaining pulp from the juice. Transfer the juice to a glass.

5. Add a pinch of salt, lemon juice, and a scoop of collagen builder (WAH-TOR Pycnogenol®) to the juice.

6. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
